The Space Between refers to the relationship between garment, object and the built environment, with the body being the common point of reference. Using industrial materials such as open cell polyurethane foam, rubber and plastics, Delfs applies traditional textile methodologies such as print, smocking and folding to create objects viewed on the body and installed in a gallery setting. 2007
